Community Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a Community Manager to take our community forward in its new location.

As one of Australia's most enduring business incubators, we offer a powerhouse of services, education, and resources to support regional enterprises.

* Our community includes entrepreneurs, small business owners, and like-minded individuals who value collaboration and innovation.
* As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Building relationships with community members and stakeholders
2. Creating innovative marketing strategies and content across multiple platforms
3. Organizing events and activities to foster collaboration and connection
4. Managing facilities and ensuring a welcoming environment

Key qualities for this role include:

* Autonomy and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to see connections between people and create opportunities
* Comfort using digital tools and software

We welcome part-time or full-time applicants who are passionate about supporting local entrepreneurs and building a vibrant community.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance community engagement
* Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals


Benefits:

Indicative salary for this role is $75,000 per annum (pro-rata if part-time hours negotiated).
