Tweddle Child & Family Health Service – Footscray VIC
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our expanding child and family health service. This opportunity is ideal for a data‑driven professional with a strong command of Power BI, Excel modelling, and a foundational understanding of client information management systems, particularly in the health and/or social services sector.

What you'll do
Tweddle is implementing a new client information management system in 2026 to support our child and family health services delivered from Footscray, Wyndham, the Barwon Region and a new site in development at Northcote. We are seeking a Data Analyst to help shape our reporting framework, support the implementation of the new CIMS, and build our capacity to develop a strong data‑informed, performance‑driven culture; strengthening our governance and accountability.
Responsibilities
* Play a critical role in enabling data‑driven decision‑making across Tweddle with the implementation of effective and engaging reports to identify trends, drive service outcomes and performance improvements.
* Ensure timely and accurate performance reporting in accordance with Tweddle's funding and service agreements.
* Drive continuous improvement across Tweddle to support a strong data‑driven performance culture and develop innovative solutions to manage interoperability of our key systems.
* Proactively engage with senior management and staff to translate business requirements into insightful data and analytics, facilitate performance reporting and dashboards that support the organisations key strategic and operational objectives.
What you'll bring
* A Bachelor's degree in information systems, data analytics, data science, statistics, computer science, business analytics, or a related field.
* Experience in data analysis, reporting and business intelligence (3‑5+ years preferred).
* Strong understanding of business processes, KPIs and performance measurement.
* Proven experience developing solutions with SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
* Experience in data modelling and knowledge of statistical methods and tools.
* The ability to build the capacity of Tweddle staff to interpret and analyse data and use that information to drive service improvement and outcomes.
* Strong data visualisation and storytelling skills.
* Excellent communication, organisational skills and ability to be self‑directed.
