Position Overview
We are looking for experienced Insurance Building Estimators to manage and assess insurance claims related to property damage. This is a full-time role offering a competitive annual salary, superannuation, and a company vehicle. Key Responsibilities
* Review and assess insurance claims for property damage (structural, interior, exterior).
* Prepare detailed, accurate estimates using industry-standard software (Prime Eco, Loop, etc.).
* Apply Schedule of Rates (SOR) to estimate costs.
* Deliver precise reports and meet client deadlines.
* Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
* Manage multiple claims while ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications
* Proven experience as an insurance estimator with a focus on property claims.
* Proficient in estimation software (Prime Eco, Loop, or similar).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Understanding of insurance policies and claim procedures.
* Current driver's license.
