We are seeking a motivated and ambitious sales professional to create a new sales territory in Queensland, Australia.


The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to drive growth and market share in a diverse territory with significant potential for long-term partnerships.

You will support our dealer network and end-users through sales and technical support, developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key relationships, and providing on-farm consultations.

Your role will also involve identifying opportunities to grow the region through strategic networking, building partnerships, and running events to enhance brand awareness.

You should be a strategic thinker who enjoys solving problems from all angles and finds satisfaction in providing the best product solutions.

* Proven sales success in the agricultural sector, preferably with experience selling hardware and software.
* Experience in developing new business and creating strategic sales plans.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing relationships with key customers and dealers/resellers.
* Strong digital skills, including knowledge of cloud-based solutions and ability to communicate technical information effectively.
* Hunter mindset with a drive for success and results.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in presenting and running events a plus.

The ideal candidate will be located in or around Toowoomba, but some flexibility is permitted as long as it is within the territory.
