* Oversee the execution and delivery of capital works projects focusing on property and building assets.
The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage contracts, procurement processes, budgets, and project reporting.
* Collaborate with Development Managers to meet project goals and milestones.
* Ensure compliance with internal frameworks and external regulations.
* Coordinate and maintain project documentation, drawings, and correspondence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in project management, construction, or a related field.
* Proven experience in delivering building or property projects (commercial or industrial preferred).
* Strong ability to manage contractors, consultants, and multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
* Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
