About The Company
This role is for 7.5 hours per week, working Fridays only in the college.
Beaumont College supports special school leavers including those with complex autism and social and emotional challenges. Our students have diverse communication abilities and learning difficulties. You will work with identified students to empower them towards fulfilling lives as young adults, supporting their development and celebrating their progress.
About You
We have roles available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
In this role, you will support students with long-term health conditions, providing personal care with dignity and respect, and helping them access learning and life skills. You will witness their growth and prepare them for independent adult life.
