Occupational Therapist Position
Job title : Senior Occupational Therapist - Community-Based - NDIS
Working Hours : Full Time, 38hrs / week
Location : Darwin
Job Description
The occupational therapist ensures the provision of high-quality occupational therapy services to NDIS participants and provides appropriate consultation to referred stakeholders. The role involves delivering generalist and specialist services through timely, culturally appropriate interventions to facilitate optimal health outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent conferring eligibility to the Australian Occupational Therapy Association and registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency)
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience
* NDIS Work Experience
* Proven ability to assess and implement clinical interventions in both generalist and specialist disability caseload, in accordance with Occupational Therapy practice standards and Code of Ethics
* Experience in use of personal computer programs and databases
