Job Description
* Lead Educators will be responsible for the daily operation of the childcare centre, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
* They will also be involved in the development and implementation of educational programs that cater to the needs of children from birth to five years old.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor's degree.
* A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
* A current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.
