The Link Youth Health Service – Hobart TAS
As our Program Manager, you'll provide leadership and direction across a suite of youth health programs, including Open Access drop-in services, Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Program, and The Youth Health Fund. You will play a major role in shaping service delivery, building high-performing teams, and ensuring the sustainability, safety and effectiveness of our work. You will also ensure that communications and external messaging reflect our organisational brand, values and voice.
This role is a key member of The Link's Senior Leadership Team and reports directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and direction across a suite of youth health programs, including Open Access drop-in services, AOD Program, and The Youth Health Fund.
* Shape service delivery, build high-performing teams, and ensure the sustainability, safety and effectiveness of our work.
* Ensure communications and external messaging reflect the organisation's brand, values and voice.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and overall program performance.
Qualifications and Experience
* Candidates must have at least 5 years of leadership experience to provide effective direction across youth health programs.
* A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a health/ community or human service setting.
* A relevant Bachelor's degree is required for this senior leadership role, ideally in allied health, social sciences or a health-related discipline.
* Current Australian work rights are required at the time of application.
* A Working with Vulnerable People Check must be obtained before starting in this role.
