About This Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a key Defence project on Garden Island. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role, starting on a temporary basis with strong potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering project outcomes by leading site teams and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
* Supporting project planning activities, including reviewing specifications, identifying resource needs, and contributing to risk assessments
* Supervising and coordinating daily crew operations to meet project timelines
* Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues early, and implementing effective solutions
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
* Providing leadership, direction, and ongoing support to site teams
* Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards
Requirements
* WA Electrical Workers Licence
* Construction White Card (CPCWHS1001)
* Current LVR / CPR
* First Aid Certification
* OHS Supervisor training (or equivalent)
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance
* Candidate must have full Australian working rights
