Please note that this position is also being advertised as a Clinical Nurse Consultant - Integration Hub L1d), and only one position will be filled based on merit. Additionally, this position is eligible for a Multi-Disciplinary Allowance.


The Team :

Peacock Centre, opened in 2023, focuses on providing warm, welcoming, and trauma-informed care to people experiencing mental health relapse or distress. The Integration Hub works closely with peer-led services at Peacock Centre, including the Safe Haven and the Recovery College; the acute treatment unit of Peacock House; and other service providers in southern Tasmania.


The Role :

As part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality mental health services in accordance with Mental Health Services principles, National Mental Health Standards, Agency policies, legal requirements, and relevant professional competencies, the Allied Health Professional – Integration Hub will provide:

* Day-to-day oversight of the service, focusing on optimizing outcomes for attendees, their families, carers, and friends.
* Effective supervision and support of Peer Workers within the Integration Hub.
* Leadership, direction, and change management to support service development and compliance with the Operational Service Model.


You will need to :

* Contribute to the culture, leadership, and daily management of the Integration Hub to ensure individuals can access necessary services to address immediate concerns and promote ongoing independence, recovery, and overall health.
* Support and educate Peer Workers, providing regular debriefing opportunities.
* Support consumers and their families/friends as leaders of their own care.

Details of appointment :

This is a permanent full-time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, starting 27th January 2026. Hours are negotiable with the successful applicant.

Applicants should note that, for twelve months from the date of publication, this process may be used to fill similar vacancies in various employment arrangements.


Salary :

$123,717 to $134,336 per annum, with an additional 12% superannuation contribution.

Salary range is in accordance with the Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement No.2 of 2022.


Salary Packaging :

Options include benefits such as living expenses up to $9,010, $2,650 in meal entertainment per FBT year, and other benefits if eligible.


Allowances :

Access to salaries beyond $130,900 depends on qualifications and/or application to the personal upgrade scheme.

Eligibility :

* Satisfactory completion of an approved allied health qualification and registration or membership with the relevant professional body.
