Job Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Bar Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction
* Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels
* Train and supervise staff to improve their skills and knowledge in bartending and customer service
* Create and enforce policies that promote a positive work environment and exceptional customer experience
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide excellent customer service at all times
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 12 months experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry
* Previous experience as a supervisor in a fast-paced bar environment
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and inspire team members
* Knowledge of beverage trends, laws and regulations
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
* Current RSA certification and commitment to ongoing professional development
