Anselm is a real estate / development firm that focuses on Building Project, Rental Program, and Change Management.
We work with clients in a variety of sectors in real estate such as such developing, building buying and selling properties, property management.

We are looking for someone who is ready to help solve real world problems, who is eager to identify customer needs and develop & execute project plans in order to deliver results.
You will provide project and operational oversight through implementation of governance, scope, time, and cost management in order to successfully execute projects.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Develop solutions or alternatives to the current state of the real estate / development / rental industry.
- Analyze financial data including expenditure reports, revenue data and employee reports.
- Recommend new methods, systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
- Make these recommendations through in-person presentations or in written format.
- Interview company employees / tradies / contractors and observe what is going on in the business to understand what kind of changes to employees, equipment and methods are needed in the company.
- Conduct or recommend options for employee training, as needed.
- Gather data and organize information about the problem that has to be solved or a method that has to be improved.
- Discuss, provide feedback and follow up with management to make sure the recommendations for changes are working.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in commerce
- Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail
- Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills - an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team
- At least 2 years' experience in similar role
**Salary**: $80,500.00 - $90,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- HOMEBUSH, NSW 2140: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
