About the Role
This full-time role will see you responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of payroll across multiple sites and employee groups. You'll work as part of a collaborative admin team and help ensure all payroll obligations are met on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Administering weekly payroll across multiple locations
Ensuring compliance through payroll audits and reporting
Processing terminations, bonuses and allowances
Managing payroll tax, group tax, and superannuation payments
Reconciling payroll accounts and maintaining accurate records
About You
Previous experience in a payroll or finance administration role
Strong communication, organisation and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll systems
Experience with UniPay is highly regarded
