We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join a dynamic team in Port Macquarie. In this hands-on role, you'll oversee the efficient, cost-effective operation, maintenance, and development of a major retail property, while managing service providers and fostering strong tenant relationships.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage service providers, including fire safety, mechanical, BMCS, hydraulic, and other essential systems.
* Oversee operating expenditure to ensure sustainable, cost-effective maintenance and operations.
* Coordinate capital works programs and tenant fit-outs as required.
* Conduct building inspections and maintain accurate records.
* Deliver exceptional tenant service through timely communication and engagement.
The Candidate :
* Experience in facilities or operations management within retail or commercial environments.
* Trade background, project management experience, or degree in Facilities Management is highly regarded.
* Proven experience managing critical building services and operational budgets.
* Experience with fit-outs, refurbishments, or redevelopment projects.
* Strong customer service focus, time management, and problem-solving skills.
