**About you**:
- 100% customer focused
- Thrive in a high pressure sales environment
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets in a retail based environment
- Available to work most weekends
- High levels of personal presentation standards
- Previous experience selling high ticket product
- Have an eye for detail and interest in interior design
**About the role**:
- To provide a customer experience that is second to none
- Maintain and build customer relationships
- Constant follow up on quoting in order to secure the sale
- Create and maintain a comfortable and welcoming showroom environment
- Drive to acheive set sales budgets and KPI targets
