The Role:
As a Casual HSE Advisor, you'll provide leadership and support to ensure the safety of our teams. Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, your responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining HSE procedures, policies, and standards.
* Leading safety culture improvements across the business.
* Monitoring safety statistics using our RMS Safety Management System.
* Enhancing employees' HSE skills on-site.
* Participating in client HS&E meetings to address concerns and actions.
* Ensuring compliance with QLD WHS legislation and industry standards.
What You Need:
* 2+ years' experience in HSE roles (maintenance or construction).
* Cert IV or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
* Experience in hazard identification, risk management, and OH&S systems.
* Familiarity with BMA sites and data entry systems.
* Strong teamwork and a passion for workplace safety.
