The Opportunity We’re partnering with a large and well-recognised global organisation experiencing ongoing transformation across its finance systems landscape. Due to increased project workload and year-end requirements, they are looking for an experienced Finance Systems Analyst with strong Workday Financials capability to join the team on an initial 12-month contract, with potential for extension. Key Responsibilities You’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing Workday Financials, improving finance processes, maintaining data integrity, and partnering across the wider business on system improvements. Provide daily support, troubleshooting, and configuration across Workday Financials. Monitor system performance and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Support integrations with other finance-related systems and reporting tools. Assist with testing and deployment of Workday updates, enhancements, and new features. Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency across finance workflows. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support financial reporting. Work closely with Finance, IT, and external partners to deliver system enhancements and resolve issues. Support month-end and year-end activities to ensure reliable reporting outputs. Maintain system documentation, user guides, and governance controls. About You 1 – 3 years experience in finance systems or accounting roles, ideally with Workday Financials exposure. Strong technical capability across system administration, integrations, reporting and analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
