Early Childhood Education Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver an educational program that aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework, incorporating intentional teaching and collaboration with educators.
* Support the growth and development of educators through reflective practice and professional development opportunities.
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.
* Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards, maintaining accurate records and conducting comprehensive program evaluations.
* Promote a safe and healthy environment that supports the well-being of children, staff, and stakeholders, while also encouraging positive behavior and emotional intelligence.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre through active participation in our Quality Improvement Plan, enhancing our service's professional identity and reputation.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Care or a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation or an ACECQA-approved childcare qualification.
