This entry-level position is perfect for new grads with qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media or Social Media.
You'll be working closely with our Social Media and Campaigns Officers to:
* Create engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok)
* Manage online communities using Sprout Social (or similar tools)
* Monitor trends, flag emerging issues, and escalate when needed
* Act as a bridge between subject matter experts (SMEs) and our audiences
* Support campaign execution and digital storytelling
Some key responsibilities of the role include
* Develop engaging social media content aligned with the NHVR social media strategy
* Support the Manager Campaigns and the social media team to implement social media campaign strategies
* Respond to comments and direct messages on NHVR's social media channels with accurate, timely, and customer-focused information
* Monitor social media platforms to identify issues and trends, and report on activity to improve performance and inform the organisation
* Prepare content to support broader campaign work – including newsletter articles, presentations, reports, and other communications collateral
This is a temporary full time opportunity for a period of 12 months, based in Brisbane, commencing January 2026.

What We're Looking For
* A recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field
* Strong written and visual storytelling skills
* Familiarity with all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube)
* Must have experience developing content for social media using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
* Familiarity with Sprout Social or other social media management platforms is a bonus
* Strong understanding of major social platforms and how audiences engage with each
