As an Instructional Designer, you will design, develop and review engaging learning and assessment materials for accredited and non-accredited courses, including short courses and micro-credentials. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts and the wider team to ensure all resources align with our learning strategy and deliver exceptional outcomes for learners.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with experience in instructional design or training delivery in an RTO, education or commercial setting. You should be proficient with eLearning authoring tools, Learning Management Systems and MS Office. Strong knowledge of adult education theory, VET frameworks and training methodologies is also required.
