The Role: Graphic Designer
We're looking for a go-getter who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves a creative challenge, and knows how to deliver results.
This role is perfect for someone who's obsessed with design, content creation, and ready to make bold moves in their career.
Your Day-to-Day:
Design and produce digital assets for campaigns and promotions, including EDMs, email flows, digital banners, and website.
Create impactful social media ads for platforms like Meta and TikTok, incorporating A/B test variations and immersive ad formats.
Develop in-store graphics, such as lightbox visuals, sale signage, and window displays, ensuring alignment with digital campaigns.
Get the opportunity to collaborate on seasonal and product-focused campaigns.
Design promotional materials for collaborations, product launches, promotions and seasonal sales.
Provide support for ad-hoc design requests and create branded templates for both internal and external use.
Play a collaborative role in the direction of lifestyle and e-comm photography shoots—your keen eye will help guide the design process
Stay current with design trends, implementing best practices across all digital and physical touchpoints.
Collaborate with our Marketing Team in weekly meetings to bring marketing ideas to life.
What You Bring to the Table:
Proficient in developing design assets across digital and print formats.
Experienced in delivering artwork for print and understanding of print processes.
Have a strong interest and understanding of UX/UI.
A killer portfolio that showcases your creativity, flair, and versatility across design and video.
Ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver on-brand assets.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
1–2 years of design experience, combined with a passion for content creation and videography.
A strong sense of layout, typography, and attention to detail—you sweat the small stuff.
Understanding of UX/UI principles for digital design.
Exceptional time management skills—deadlines don't scare you.
A team-player attitude with an openness to feedback and collaboration.
A hunger to learn and fuel your craft with an unwavering passion.
