Reporting to the National Manager, you will account manage and service mining companies using your background and experience in the concrete industry. You'll be their trusted advisor, offering advice and expertise. Extra training, if required, will be provided, along with access to technical experts. You'll find a happy balance of working autonomously and the support provided by head office and your manager.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Regularly meet with prospective and existing clients to provide solutions, coordinate product training, and capitalise on growth opportunities
- Provide technical know-how, sales support and after-sales service to your customers
- Identify new business opportunities, problems and solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, proposals, and presentations
- Manage and monitor results to achieve budgeted sales and margin targets
- This is a traditional mining executive role where you travel approximately two weeks out of every four.
**Your skills and experience**:
- Previous sales experience working in the concrete industry is an essential
- Exposure to the mining industry is an advantage but not essential
- Comfortable liaising with all levels of decision-makers and working directly with B2B, B2C and channel partners
- Business development, account management and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills
- Basic computer skills and use of CRM
