Depot Supervisor – Rockhampton
A good depot doesn't operate in isolation — it works as part of a wider network.

We're looking for a Depot Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our Rockhampton depot, while working closely with our other depots across Bundaberg, Maryborough, Townsville, the Sunshine Coast, and Brisbane.
This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, clear communication, and being the link that keeps freight, people, and expectations aligned across locations.

What the role is really about
As Depot Supervisor, you'll be responsible for keeping Rockhampton running smoothly — and making sure it connects cleanly with the rest of the network.
Your day will include:
* Overseeing daily depot operations, loading, unloading, and dispatch
* Supporting and coordinating drivers, forklift operators, and yard staff
* Ensuring freight is handled accurately, safely, and on time
* Maintaining strong standards around safety, compliance, and presentation
* Liaising regularly with Bundaberg, Maryborough, Townsville, Sunshine Coast, and Brisbane depots to manage freight flow and resolve issues
* Communicating clearly with linehaul and operations teams to keep handovers tight
* Identifying issues early and working with other depots to resolve them
* Helping improve consistency and performance across the network
This is a hands-on leadership role with real interaction beyond your own yard.
