This Digital Insurance Program is more than a system upgrade — it's an opportunity to rethink how customer value is delivered across the enterprise. You'll play a key role in driving awareness, understanding and engagement across stakeholders ranging from frontline teams to C-suite executives.
About the Role
Reporting to the Program Communications Lead, you'll deliver clear, creative and visually engaging communications that support a large-scale transformation initiative.
You'll:
Develop and deliver internal communications across multiple channels
Translate complex ideas into simple, engaging content
Create multimedia assets (visuals, video, branded materials)
Support change and engagement activities in both Agile and traditional delivery environments
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and sustained change
About You
2+ years' communications experience (mandatory)
Strong written, visual and multimedia capability (Microsoft 365 & Canva)
Experience supporting large transformation or technology programs
Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Financial services experience (desirable)
This role offers a 6-month contract and a competitive day rate. The role is based in Brisbane and has a hybrid setting of 2-3 days in the office. Applications from candidates based in Sydney will also be considered based on suitability.
