We're looking for a Sales Estimator to join our Mackay team – someone ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic industry.
What you'll do:
* Represent SQS as the face and voice of our company
* Manage customer accounts and respond to phone and email inquiries
* Prepare accurate quotes and follow up post-sale
* Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction
What we're looking for:
* Knowledge of the steel industry (advantageous)
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (essential)
* Proven experience in sales or customer service
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
