About the Role:
Port City Autos in Hervey Bay is looking for a high-performing Business Manager to join our award-winning team. We represent premium brands like Mercedes-Benz, Subaru, Renault, and LDV, along with one of the largest used vehicle operations on the Fraser Coast. You will play a key role in driving finance and insurance results while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Bring:
A proven track record in F&I performance within a high-volume dealership
The ability to think on your feet and tailor finance packages creatively
A strong understanding of consumer lending, compliance, and F&I systems
The confidence to close and support the sales team in converting leads
A professional, customer-first mindset with laser-sharp attention to detail
Accreditation with multiple finance and insurance providers (or the ability to obtain)
