This is a **full-cycle** sales role—you’ll be responsible for everything from **lead generation to closing deals**. If you’re passionate about tech, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have experience selling to call centres or contact centres, we want to hear from you! ### Responsibilities* Identify and generate new leads through outbound efforts and strategic prospecting.* Own the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing.* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.* Engage with senior stakeholders in contact centres to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.* Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to optimise outreach and messaging.* Deliver compelling product demos and presentations.* Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and closed deals. ### Requirements* Experience in **B2B sales**, preferably in tech or SaaS.* Proven experience selling to **call centres or contact centres**is a must.* Strong communication and presentation skills.* Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a desire to grow.* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.* Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
