Job Description:
This challenging role requires a Customer Account Manager to lead the growth of our Joint, Air & Space business. The ideal candidate will provide subject matter expertise in identifying, pursuing, managing, and growing business within the Joint, Air & Space Domain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of the Joint Air & Space Domain strategy to enable growth in line with Company Long-Range Plan.
* Lead specific Captures as identified in relevant Company Strategies and directed by Chief of Requirements and Capability.
* Engage and influence stakeholders in the Joint Air & Space Domain, both in Australia and internationally.
* Maintain and share a comprehensive Domain customer map and Domain customer contact plan.
* Exercise stewardship of Domain relationship management up-to and including 2-star uniformed personnel and Senior Executive Service band 2 / First Assistant Secretary (SES2 / FAS).
* Travel may be required, both within Australia and internationally.
