Qualifications
1-2 years of relevant work experience in a commercial cookery or dessert production environment.
Must hold or be eligible for valid working rights in Australia.
Approx.
30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Check the cleanliness of equipment and the operation of the semi-open kitchen before production runs to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Inspect the quality of raw materials and weigh ingredients accurately to maintain product consistency.
Prepare fillings, creams, sauces, and toppings to complement Japanese-inspired flavours.
Operate a variety of kitchen machinery.
Manage ingredient inventory and maintain kitchen logs for food safety and quality control.
