As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the effective management and coordination of our fleet operations.
The position involves assisting with coordinating and carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks within fleet, contract, and supplier management. This includes monitoring and tracking all fleet and maintenance work, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with Managers across all entities to source information on site-specific requirements for personnel, vehicles, plant, and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating and executing daily administrative tasks related to fleet management, including record-keeping and data analysis.
* Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless operations.
* Providing support to Managers in sourcing information for personnel, vehicle, plant, and machinery requirements.
Essential Skills:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in computer software, including office productivity tools and spreadsheets.
* Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety principles.
* Current HR Drivers Licence.
* High level customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work co-operatively and effectively both independently and in a team environment.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Open to working weekends when required.
