Process Analyst/Service DesignerLength:12 months + 6-month extensionLocation of work: GeelongThe Business Analyst and Service Designer supports the facilitation and definition of problems to solve, applies improvement toolkits in collaboration with customers, and has experience in Business Process Mapping, Operating Models, and Service Design.
This role requires a collaborative, pragmatic approach and strong stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities:Assist in facilitating workshops and meetings to define and understand problems to solve.Experience with some or all of the following: Lean, Human Centered Design, BPM and Project ManagementKaizen: experience and depth of knowledgeSupport the application of improvement toolkits and methodologiesCollaborate with customers and stakeholders to co-design solutionsAssist in conducting Business Process Mapping to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvementSupport the development and implementation of Operating Models and Service Design strategiesEngage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiativesProvide support and guidance to team members and other stakeholdersAbout You:Process Mapping Expertise:Experience in one or more of the following Business Process Mapping, Operating Models, and Service DesignTechnical Understanding:Ability to support the application of improvement toolkits effectivelyProblem Solving Abilities: Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills.Pragmatic approach to problem-solving and solution implementationStrong Communication Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsCollaborative Mindset: Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
