Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Product Manager to join our team and take on a key role in the operational management of our Safe Custody product suite.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to gain deep product experience and understanding, and to make a positive impact for customers and colleagues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing regular performance reporting, coordinating and supporting branch audits, and managing exception reporting to ensure our products are operating as designed.
They will also assist frontline staff with queries, identify and manage risks, and support strategic project deliverables.
In addition, they will have the opportunity to develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process maps, and product collateral.
