Your Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinate and action sales activities within designated territories (central Melbourne, West or North West) and key account base.
2. Analyse sales performance and report weekly/monthly forecast opportunities.
3. Contribute to maintaining sales of products by identifying inventory needs, ensuring timely deliveries.
4. Engage with customers to update store layouts and in-store relays, and attend trade events as required.
5. Support, implement and monitor key marketing initiatives, and promote new product launches.
6. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with top ten customers in territory.
7. Maintain weekly call plans, captured in Sales Force to ensure maximum service levels.
8. Liaise with customers to discuss concerns or complaints, instigating corrective action where required.
To be successful you will ideally possess the following:
1. Sales and/or industry knowledge.
2. Construction trade experience would be advantageous.
3. Knowledge and understanding of commercial and construction industry.
4. Strong sales influencing and interpersonal skills.
5. Able to manage portfolio of accounts and grow new business.
6. Fluent in English, both oral and written.
7. Must have full driver's license and full working rights in Australia.
