We're looking for a motivated all-rounder to lead our Darwin operations. This is a rare opportunity to run a branch independently — managing sales, operations, customer service, and compliance with full support from our national team.
About the Role
As the Branch Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our Northern Territory business. You'll handle everything from quoting and winning work to coordinating installations and ensuring safety standards are met. No two days will be the same — this role is hands-on and requires someone who thrives on variety and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business and manage customer relationships
* Oversee branch operations, logistics, and subcontractors
* Manage branch administration, reporting, and compliance
* Deliver financial results and maintain cost efficiency
* Ensure WHS and company standards are met
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in sales, operations, or business management (hire, construction, or trade preferred)
* Commercial mindset with ability to manage budgets and targets
* Strong initiative, independence, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Driver's license & forklift license required
