About the role
We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our highly professional and friendly team at The Bays. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who value contributing to high-quality, patient-centred care. Whether joining in a permanent part-time capacity or as part of our Casual Bank, you will become a valued member of our clinical team, providing support across key inpatient areas. Your expertise and adaptability will directly contribute to safe practice, positive patient outcomes and the ongoing delivery of exceptional care.
We have shifts available across various days and times on a permanent part-time and casual basis.
About you
The successful candidates will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
* Current AHPRA Registration
* Knowledge and experience in Acute Clinical Nursing
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Be a supportive, reliable and flexible team member
* Be naturally aligned with our ICARE values; integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence
