Job Title
A Quality Officer is required to provide administrative support to a team responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and risk management within an organisation.
About the Role
This role will focus on collating, organising and reporting data related to quality, safeguarding and compliance. It plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting to regulatory bodies while supporting the smooth operation of quality improvement, compliance and safeguarding activities across the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administration support to the quality team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and tracking action items.
* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documentation required by internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain and organise records of audits, compliance documentation and safeguarding reports in an efficient and accessible manner.
* Provide assistance with the development of quality client record management systems.
* Daily review of incidents and identification of areas for improvement.
* Weekly and monthly monitoring and reporting of restrictive practices to regulatory bodies.
* Collect, organise and analyse data on quality and safeguarding activities, incidents and compliance audits.
* Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies, ensuring that all data is accurate, up-to-date and meets deadlines.
* Maintain quality registries and ensure accurate and timely recording of data.
* Support the quality manager in generating data-driven insights to inform quality improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records and preparing reports as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and time-management skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software, and be able to quickly learn new systems.
