About this Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager Remote Area Clinic as our Health Administration Officer, you will be motivated to provide high-quality, confidential, administrative support to the Manager and the clinical staff employed in the Remote Area Clinics.
Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative support with the coordination of the Remote Area Clinics.
Completing business support activities such as maintaining calendars, managing meeting/room bookings, taking minutes, organising catering and preparing correspondence.
Providing efficient and accurate word processing outputs utilising the Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
Supporting Clinical staff within the Remote Area Clinic with inputting, navigating and reporting from databases and systems.
About You
You are seeking a role where your excellent verbal and written communication skills can shine, and where you can demonstrate your ability to manage competing demands and multiple projects while maintaining quality. You are seeking to utilise your existing administrative capabilities in an organisation that provides a community focussed service
Requirements
Exceptional administrative experience within a health setting.
Proven ability to set your own workload priorities and work both autonomously and as part of a team in a constantly changing work environment.
The ability to communicate effectively with professional and non-professional staff, clients and members of the wider community.
The ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality.
A strong sense of initiative and a bright and positive attitude.
Advanced knowledge and competence in Windows-based computer systems (including networked systems), and in using the Microsoft Office 365 suite of programs (including Word, Excel and Outlook).
Qualifications
Qualifications in Business Administration or a related discipline are desirable.
