**The Role**:
The Database Administrator will be responsible for the performance, integrity and security of databases within the organisation as well as assisting in the planning, design, configuration and development of the database.
You will identify and resolve issues related to database systems to ensure mínimal service interruption. You will also partner with development teams to design data management, infrastructure and data integration controls.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design data management and governance protocols and manage the information lifecycle, design infrastructure and data integration controls;
- Designs, configures, implements and administers databases;
- Identifies and resolves database system issues;
- Meets performance standards in accordance to service level agreements;
**About You**:
You will be an experienced database administrator with proficiency in relational databases, strong analytical mindset and able to communicate effectively to relay technical information to non-technical audiences. You're able to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer centric solutions.
