Role Overview
The BG&E Civil Engineering team is well established with a reputation as an industry leader, providing innovative design solutions in complex brownfield environments. Our projects range from upgrades to existing facilities to complete new builds, with construction values in excess of $100M. We are now looking for a Senior Associate to join our established team and assist across a range of projects across the project life cycle from planning, detailed design, construction support to asset management. This role will offer the opportunity to develop your career across urban redevelopment, highways and rail projects and to be part of a strong leadership team.

About You
As a Senior Associate / Civil Design Manager and a Chartered Engineer, you will: • work on a broad range of projects for urban redevelopment, highways and rail, delivering innovative and technical advice and designs, mentoring engineers, and acting as a key contact for clients.
* Hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
* Have 12 to 15 years of experience in civil engineering across roads and highways projects.
* Demonstrate experience designing to Main Roads Western Australia design standards.
* Lead and mentor graduates and engineers, contributing to their career development.
* Manage large projects and/or oversee a portfolio of smaller projects, taking the lead in developing new business opportunities.
