 
        
        We have an opportunity available for an Administration Assistant to join an established strata plumbing company based in the Lidcombe area. This office-based role is responsible for administration of the day-to-day operations of the office, as well as providing administrative support to the directors.
About Sydney Plumbing:
Established in 2005, we service strata properties throughout Sydney, with many longstanding clients. We have a close-knit team of experienced plumbers and pump technicians, and our office workplace is very friendly and supportive.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Respond to phone and email enquiries
- Follow up unpaid invoices and assist debt recovery
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Update safety and insurance documentation
- Follow up on pending quotes
- Manage vehicle fleet and associated insurance/maintenance needs
To be successful you must have:
- Previous administration experience
- Adaptability to prioritise as urgent tasks or emergency work orders arise
The following skills are not essential, but strongly desirable:
- Experience using job management software (Aroflo or similar)
- Understanding of plumbing or similar trade and/or strata
- Experience with safety/compliance systems
- Experience with accounts receivable
The working hours of this role are Monday-Friday 7am-3.30pm, although this is open to negotiation for the right candidate. On site parking is also provided. Available for immediate start.
