What the role is about
Leading the kitchen team with energy and attention to detail
Collaborating with the Executive Chef on food ideas
Managing basic kitchen operation- stock control, ordering, roster adjustments and approvals
Maintaining a high level of food standards and OH&S
What we are looking for
Proven experience in Asian fusion kitchens
Creativity, consistency and strong leadership skills
Knowledge of Asian ingredients, flavour balancing and modern techniques
A calm head, sharp knives and a no-compromise attitude to sustaining quality
Function experience desirable
