About the role
We have an opportunity for a Treating Psychologist to be part of our Treatment & Recovery Unit, Health, Safety & Wellbeing Command. The Treating Psychologist works in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver, outcome focused, evidencebased treatment for employees suffering a psychological injury. The role provides work focused interventions that aim to support employees to recover in the workplace, or successfully achieve a durable return to work following absence, as a result of a work-related psychological injury.
RECON Physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach will also be based at this site.

Covert location with private psychological treatment space as well as on-site gym.

This role is part-time, working 21 hours per week. Salary will be paid at the pro-rata rate.

Target Question 1:
This role will include providing high quality treatment to a unique, complex and diverse population. Please provide an example of a time when you have provided treatment to a client with a trauma or stressor related disorder/presentation. How did you approach your treatment? What did you do?
Target Question 2:
This role will work within a multidisciplinary environment to achieve results. Sound communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Using your relevant work experience, please provide a recent example of how you have worked with other health professionals to achieve a positive outcome for a client.
