12-month Max Term Contract I Sydney Based- Successful ASX listed Property developer and REIT- Manage strategic commercial partnership for Technology
- We have an opportunity for a 12-month Strategic Partner Lead role to join the team at our Sydney office based on Castlereagh Street.
**The Opportunity - About the Role**
- In this 12-month max term role, you will join the Enterprise Business Services team to manage the enterprise-level strategy and governance framework for Stockland's strategic partnerships covering core services for Technology. Using your IT Services Management contract and vendor management skills, combined with exceptional influencing skills and a track record of establishing trusted working relationships, you will act as the primary point of contact, leading relationship management, performance oversight, and the coordination of change initiatives across both enterprise and function-specific levels.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Set and maintain the strategic vision and transformation roadmap.- Oversee the governance framework, including performance management and reporting.- Lead relationship management with our strategic outsourcing partner,- Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.- Manage risks, issues, and escalations for timely resolution.- Coordinate governance forums with proper representation and documentation.- Engage with functions to address challenges and ensure resolution.- Ensure service delivery alignment with SOWs and KPIs.- Lead change request processes to ensure solutions align with partnership principles.
**About You**
- You will hold a tertiary qualification in Business, Finance/Accounting, Information Technology, Commercial Law, or a related discipline. With proven experience in leading strategic partnerships or complex vendor relationships within technology or professional services, you will build trusted relationships and navigate complexity to drive outcomes. Your strong commercial acumen will be evident through your track record of designing and managing governance frameworks, performance reporting, and escalation pathways. This includes managing contracts, ensuring vendor performance aligns with business needs, and driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
