What you'll be doing:
* Developing, maintaining, and upgrading customer portals, ensuring they are user-friendly and effective.
* Working closely with the development team and other stakeholders across the business to scope, design, and deliver new functionality.
* Assisting in the rollout of additional portals, such as those for customers, and supporting integration with Dynamics 365.
* Creating digital workflows that allow customers to log tickets, access information, and for the business to capture quality data.
* Partnering with infrastructure, help desk, and system development colleagues to deliver new tools, improve processes, and ensure security.
* Collaborating with other developers and senior leadership to plan and implement future system growth.
Experience required:
* At least three years of experience in a similar Power Platform or Dynamics 365 focussed role.
* Ability to design, customise, and implement workflows, portals, and integrated systems.
* Solid web development knowledge (JavaScript, HTML, CSS/Bootstrap) with a good understanding of UI/UX.
* Proven ability to manage projects autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
* Based within a commutable distance of the Newcastle office to be in at least two days per week.
