We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, have a strong understanding of retail operations, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personalized shopping experiences for customers by taking a genuine interest in getting to know them and recommending products that meet their needs.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to accurately describe features and benefits.
* Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate, informing customers about sales and promotions.
* Consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
* Demonstrate company values in every customer interaction.
* Maintain store presentation according to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
* Assist, resolve or escalate all customer concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail sales, preferably in home/lifestyle products.
* Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
* The ability to balance customer care and administrative duties.
* A genuine interest in home-styling, furniture, or creating welcoming living spaces is desirable.
* Be able to undertake lifting and work in a physical environment.
