About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing accurate data entry and maintaining meticulous records.
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
* Coordinating and responding to all incoming communications via email and phone
* Liaising with suppliers and maintaining strong working relationships
* Maintaining accurate records through consistent and timely data entry
* Assisting with day-to-day office operations
About You:
* Previous administration experience (construction industry highly regarded)
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Experience with accounting or project management systems is an advantage
* Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
