Technical Support Specialist Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Compliance workloads, including sensitivity labels, retention policies, eDiscovery workflows, DLP configuration, and email archiving flows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve customer technical issues by collaborating with teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.
* Develop specific technical and professional proficiency to enable you to resolve customer issues through training and readiness.
* Identify potential product defects and escalate them to resolve contributing to Microsoft product improvements.
Requirements:
Mandatory requirements:
* Three or more years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology, or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and three or more years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology.
Required Technical Skills:
* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Compliance workloads, including sensitivity labels, retention policies, eDiscovery workflows, DLP configuration, and email archiving flows.
* Proficiency in PowerShell, familiarity with reading message traces, audit logs, and telemetry, and experience supporting or using Microsoft 365 Defender and Security & Compliance Center.
