Deadshort Services is expanding our air conditioning division, and we're looking for a technician who wants to stay on the tools — but also grow their skillset, income and future.
You'll still install, service and fault-find — but you'll also learn to put together quote information, work directly with clients, and help shape how the department develops over time. This role suits someone who wants responsibility, not just another roster.

What You'll Be Doing
* Residential and commercial installs, service and breakdown work
* Routine and preventative maintenance
* Fault-finding and problem solving
* Learning quoting and job scoping
* Working with clients and building long-term relationships
* Supporting the growth and direction of the A/C team
What You Need
* Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
* SA Driver's Licence
* Strong work ethic and a willingness to grow
* National Police Clearance
* Working with Children Check (DCSI)
