**About the Role**

Supported by the Operations Manager, you will add significant value through:
- From there, booking site appointments for the sales team to provide quotes, and scheduling technicians to conduct servicing and maintenance visits to ensure the customer's alarm, CCTV and monitoring systems are looked after.
- Proactively calling up current customers who are at the end of their contract to gain their feedback on their service, assess if their needs have changed, and resigning them to new plans - offering additional services and products where appropriate.
- Creating insightful reports on customer activity through the CRM to identify resign opportunities and areas for process improvement, and sharing your feedback and ideas with the team.
- Providing ad-hoc office support to the wider team as required. For example, helping to coordinate the team social events calendar, identifying training and development needs for yourself and team members and ensuring the CRM is kept up to date.
